Shipping and Returns
StudioSales delivers goods FREE of charge throughout South Africa, usually within 2-5 working days subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment. Customers living in major centres can expect shorter delivery times.
Major centres include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gauteng, Durban, Pretoria
All other areas may experience a slightly longer delivery time than Major centres listed above.
Cost of Delivery: Delivery with StudioSales is Free. Therefore no additional charges are added at check out. The price you see is the price you pay.
Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity.
Order Confirmation After placing your order with StudioSales, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm our receipt of your order request.
Shipping Confirmation Once the order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail confirming shipment including tracking information if sent by courier.

Delivery Address: Goods are delivered during the day, therefore please provide a day time delivery address or please ensure that there will be someone to accept the goods at the designated delivery address.
Export Restrictions: We only ship free of charge to addresses within South Africa, for all other countries, Please enquire before placing a order.
